Manitoba Animal Alliance

The Manitoba Animal Alliance is a volunteer run organization that works in conjunction with the Manitoba Humane Society and various shelters. Working in conjunction with indigenous bands, local community volunteers, the RCMP and tribal police, they provide food supplies, spay neuter clinics and educational outreach services to help people in northern communities care for their pets.

During the summer of 2021 fires raged in the north and although planes were provided to evacuate people space was limited and precious pets had to be left behind. The Manitoba Animal Alliance raised money to pay for planes to evacuate these animals and reunite them with their owners. This initiative was completely run by volunteers and made possible by generous donors.

In 2022, Pearls 365 pledges to donate as much as possible to this remarkable group.
